Why 6 Bones BBQ ?

If you compete in any of the professional BBQ cook-off competitions, one of the meats you must cook is pork ribs. When you turn in your rib entry for judging,  it must have at least 6 ribs in the entry box. Hence "6 Bones BBQ".
